Isla Holbox has sandy streets, colorful Caribbean buildings, and the only way to get around is either by foot, bicycle or by golf cart. The hotels here are a collection of 2 story thatched-roof bungalows scattered along the beach. The "downtown" area offers many great local restaurants and bars to enjoy, again the streets are beach sand, so you can go everywhere barefoot!
